Hello Central Families,

I hope you are making plans to enjoy the holiday weekend.  We do not have school on Monday, September 2nd for Labor Day.

We are asking our parents to partner with us in reminding their students about simple safety precautions they can take when coming to and leaving school.

We kindly ask for your help in reminding your student to:

• Pay attention to their surroundings;
• Refrain from looking down at their phones when crossing the street; and
• Avoid using both earbuds so they can hear what is happening around them.

Additionally, if your student drives to school, please remind them to slow down and use caution when entering and exiting the school parking lot.

Your support in reinforcing these safety measures at home is invaluable.  Together, we can help keep our students safe.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Picture day is Thursday, September 5.  Any student that has not taken their school photo should take it that day. The photos are used for student ID's and the yearbook.

Any students taking CCP courses should take a screenshot of their scheduled courses and send it to our counselor, Audrey Young.  Her email is audrey.young@lakotaonline.com
