Principal Message 5/8/26

Dear Central Family,

Yearbooks are in and any student that pre-ordered one will receive it this coming week! There are a few important dates coming up for any student that is graduating this year. Seniors last day is Thursday, May 14.  ALL WORK must be complete by 3pm on May 14 to be eligible to walk at graduation.

SENIOR Deadlines & Events

Any student that has ordered a Cap and Gown for graduation will be able to pick up their order at Lakota Central's main office during the hours of 7:30-3pm.

🎓 Graduation Practice

Date: Friday, May 15, 2026

Location: Central High School

Time: 10:00 a.m.

Attendance: Mandatory   **Note: Senior picnic will follow practice.

🎓 Graduation Ceremony

Date: Monday, May 18, 2026

Location: Center Pointe Church

Time: Graduates arrive at 6:00 PM, Ceremony begins at 7:00 PM

Senior Connections Summer School

Seniors who do not pass required classes will be recommended for Senior Connections; a summer school option designed to help students complete remaining coursework and meet graduation requirements.

Fees, Chromebooks, & Diploma Information

💲 Student Fees

All outstanding student fees must be paid online through PaySchools.

Students with unpaid fees will not receive their diploma until all balances are cleared.

💻 Chromebook & Charger Return

All graduates must return their school-issued Chromebook and charger.

Students who do not return them will be charged the replacement cost, and this fee must be paid before receiving their diploma.

🎓 Diploma Distribution

Diplomas will be given to students when they return the rental gown after the graduation ceremony. If students do not participate in graduation, their diplomas can be picked up on Tuesday, May 19 at Lakota Central’s main office.

May 15-Senior Graduation Practice (10:00am at school)

May 18-Graduation-7pm at Center Pointe Church

May 21-Last day of school (No Early Dismissal)
