Principal Message 2/28/25

Dear Central Families,

We are headed into March and will have 2 weeks remaining in the 3rd quarter.

Course verification sheets went home with all underclassmen.  This sheet shows the classes that students need to take next year.  We ask that parents/guardians sign the sheet on both sides and return to school with your student on Monday, March 3. 

Our Juniors completed the ACT on Friday.  If your student was absent, have them see Mr. Bauman on Monday to arrange a make-up session.

Congratulations to these 7 students who entered art into the Governor's Youth Art competition for a spot in the state art exhibit this spring.  Judging will happen this weekend between Lakota Central's art submissions and those from neighboring school districts in Southwest Ohio.

Finally, I want to congratulate all the students in our Science Fair.  Our 1st place winner was, Saturn Minton. 2nd place was Aslyn Porter and Amiya Smith and 3rd place was Sam Hawks and Zander Crooks.
