Principal Message 12/6/24

Dear Central Families,

We had a great but cold week at school!  We are down to the final two weeks of this semester.  We have many Seniors that need to finish strong to graduate.  We also have the State tests to finish up before Winter break.

OST assessments are scheduled December 13 and December 20.  These are all on Fridays and are a graduation requirement.  AM students will report at 7:40am for the tests and PM students will report at 11:20 for the tests.

Any students taking CCP courses for the Spring semester should send their schedule of courses to Audrey Young, our school counselor.

Finally, we watched the safety video in this link this week.  It has an important message to students and families about threats and social media use to make threats. The OSSC provides an anonymous reporting system, the Safer Ohio School Tip Line (844-723-3764) to report concerns for safety. Crisis response professionals are available 24/7 to assist with getting concerns to local law enforcement and schools for investigation. You can call, text, use the Safer Ohio smartphone app or even submit via the webform to report concerns.
